What is sovereignty?
Your ability to maintain your quality of life independent of external circumstances. It’s measured in time: how many days, months, or years could you sustain yourself if your primary income disappeared? The higher your sovereignty, the more choices you make from values instead of necessity.
How is the score calculated?
Your daily score (0–100) combines the habits on your custom path across five domains: physical, financial, mental, spiritual, and planetary. The onboarding interview weights it around your goals — always anchored by at least one fitness habit and one financial habit. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Do I need to own Bitcoin to use this?
No. Traditional investing is the default. Bitcoin tracking is fully supported for people on the standard — DCA logging, sats stacked, sovereignty ratio — but it’s opt-in, and the app works completely without it.
What’s different from other habit trackers?
Most trackers show streaks and badges. We connect your habits to one question: does this expand or contract your freedom? Progress unlocks real content — training and financial curricula, not badges — and the AI coaching reads your actual data, including your workout plan and whether you followed it.
What does the AI coaching actually know?
Your entries, goals, streaks, weekly reflections, and — if you use the workout module — this week’s plan and adherence. The physical coach can suggest a plan change (a deload, fewer days) and you apply it with one click. It never invents data it doesn’t have.
What is “via negativa”?
Many habits we track are about not doing things: no-spend days, no alcohol, no doom-scroll. Via negativa is the principle that improvement often comes from subtraction. The processed food you don’t eat does more for your health than any supplement.
How long until I see results?
